Privacy notice

Susman Insurance Agency operates this site. Forms collect only the fields shown: name or first and last name, email, optional phone, reply preference, ZIP, topic, occupancy, property style, vehicle count, driving pattern, review timeframe, and the message you choose to send. A hidden anti-abuse field and an automated-message challenge help prevent misuse. Do not submit sensitive identifiers, payment information, medical details, alarm or entry codes, or account credentials.

How information is used

Form information is used to respond to your request and maintain appropriate agency records. Submitting asks the agency to respond; it does not request or bind coverage. Information is not sold. Client information and call recordings are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority.

Cookieless site measurement

This site uses first-party, cookieless measurement to understand page visits and basic navigation. It honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control before collection, masks two bytes of an internet address, uses the anonymized value for approximate location, strips query information from referrers, and does not use cross-domain linking. Raw visit logs are deleted after 90 days. The site does not use advertising measurement.

Calls, messages, and choices

A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance. You may ask not to be recorded. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority. Any text-message invitation will identify the brand, explain expected message frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions. Announcements can be stopped by using the method included with the announcement. You may also use the request form and choose the Privacy topic for access, correction, deletion, or measurement questions.

Children and review

This site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A child under thirteen needs a parent or guardian’s permission before using this site. We may update this privacy statement and review it periodically as practices or legal requirements change.
